Flip Out Try Out

Do you have a child who prefers to be upside down? Who flips everywhere they go? Have you thought of sending them off to join the circus?

Circus Harmony, the social circus school based at City Museum, is looking for young people ages 10-16 who can already do multiple back handsprings who want to see if circus is for them. We are holding a Flip Out Try Out where some children who can already flip will be invited to come and try out some other circus skills and see if Circus Harmony might be a good place for them.

  • Circus Harmony is seeking new students who would like to join our circus
  • Potential students need to already know how to do two back handsprings
  • Some of the applicants will be invited to take a sample circus class at City Museum
  • Video with requested information must be submitted to be considered
  • Not all applicants will be invited

To apply, send us a video that includes your child’s name and age along with your child doing at least two back handsprings back-to-back and a brief statement of why you or your child think the circus would be a good fit for them! A cell phone video works fine for us!

Please also include in body of email:

  • Name
  • Age
  • School and Grade
  • Previous circus or gymnastic or other tumbling training
