Fall is a time of endings and new beginnings. Summer is over . School starts. In the Midwest, leaves change and temperatures cool. We switch to our winter schedule in our home ring at City Museum. Youth circus shows are now on weekends at 1 and 3, unless we are off flipping and flying somewhere else (check our calendar to see). Regular fall classes have begun in our home ring at City Museum and for Jamaa, Shining Rivers, St. Louis Language Immersion, Saul Mirowitz, Malinkrodt and Raintree Schools.

Fall means we are preparing for our big annual show in January which will feature new acts and our wonderful Circus Harmony Band (whose CD will be out soon! Watch this page for when!). We are throwing our 2nd annual Juggling Ball in November. Go to Support tab and get your ticket to this elegant evening of dining, dancing, drinking and daring with an awesome auction, marvelous music and exceptional entertainment, all to support our Flying Children Scholarship Fund. We are launching our new Juggling and Unicycling Clubs with locations in City and County. The whole family can circus together! Join a club (look under our Classes tab)!

St. Louis Arch, Kellin Quinn, has joined other alums up in Montreal where he is attending the prestigious Ecole Nationale de Cirque but he’ll be back as a guest performer at the St. Louis Juggling Fest in October.  Kellin was the last of the old generation of illustrious St. Louis Arches. Watch out for the new generation of Arches, though. They are pretty amazing individuals and are growing into a powerful group!

This is the 25th year of St. Louis Arches! It has been an honor, a privilege and an adventure to work with all of them! Circus Harmony alumnae have been seen being shot out of a cannon on Ringling Brothers Circus, walking wire with the Flying Wallendas and touring around the world.  We also have alumnae who are teachers, electricians and college students. We train our students to be successful in circus and in life. In both the circus school inside of City Museum and our numerous outreach programs, we build character and expand community for numerous youth of all ages, cultures, abilities and economic backgrounds. Follow us, book us, take classes and tell your friends. This fall, fall in love with Circus Harmony!

P.S. We are still looking for a 40 foot high winter space for our flying trapeze. Free flying for anyone who finds us a space!
