First Flight is an innovative introduction to circus arts for young children.Circus Harmony will bring the circus to YOUR pre-school or daycare center! Students get to learn and perform real circus arts. This will truly make the arts come alive for them. These young students will improve motor skills, hand eye co-ordination, strength and flexibility while developing concentration, public presentation and social skills. Circus Harmony will introduce these children to the art of circus, which encompasses aspects of theater, dance and music. At the end of each twelve class session, we will present a show with the young circus stars.
First Flight works with children physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. As they learn to flip, fly and balance, they also learn important life skills life focus, persistence and team work. At the same time, they learn to present themselves in public and be creative. The combination of creativity and physicality that is inherent in circus helps children enjoy being artistic and active at the same time. Because circus is made up of different genres, there is something for every child to succeed at accomplishing. First Flight provides children with this unique opportunity.
